HOW DO I RSVP FOR THE WEDDING?
To confirm attendance, guests must reserve their own room and confirm attendance with Deborah and Teresa.
WHAT ARE THE SUGGESTED TRAVEL DATES?
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be on May 24, 2025, with a welcome gathering on May 23, 2025. To make the most of your vacation, we recommend staying from May 22–26, 2025, to enjoy the wedding, excursions, and all-inclusive amenities. Feel free to arrive early or extend your stay.
CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS WITH ME?
We’re excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones! Guests are welcome to bring a plus one. For any special requests, feel free to reach out to Deborah and Teresa.
ARE KIDS INVITED TO THE WEDDING CEREMONY AND EVENTS?
While we absolutely adore your little ones, the celebration will take place at an adults-only resort (18+). Get ready to have a blast!
WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN TIME?
Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and rooms are typically not available until then. If you arrive earlier, you’re welcome to enjoy the resort’s amenities, pools, and restaurants while the hotel prepares your room. We recommend packing beachwear in your carry-on so you can start enjoying your day right away.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO FIND GOOD FLIGHT DEALS?
To find the best flight deals, use comparison sites like Google Flights, then book directly with the airline for flexibility. Set fare alerts, be flexible with dates (Tuesdays and Wednesdays are often cheaper), and book in advance. Look for airline deals, use miles or points, and clear your browser cache or use incognito mode to avoid inflated prices.
DO I NEED TO HAVE MY PASSPORT PRIOR TO MAKING MY DEPOSIT FOR THE TRIP?
Passports are not required UNTIL guest travel. As long as you provide the hotel with your full legal name, you can arrange travel in advance by RSVPing. Expedited Passports now can take up to 12 weeks - we do recommend getting your passport as soon as possible. Please allow 12-16 weeks for standard passport applications to process following your scheduled appointment with a passport "acceptance facility." If you do not obtain your passport prior to travel, you are responsible for any associated cancellation fees.
DOES EVERY GUEST NEED A PASSPORT TO TRAVEL?
YES! Every guest must have a valid passport to travel. Reminder: please check the EXPIRATION DATE on your passport! The Dominican Republic has a 6-month passport validity rule, meaning your passport must be valid for the entire duration of your stay and at least 6 months beyond your departure date.
WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I ARRIVE/DEPART?
You should fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
Do travelers to the Dominican Republic need to fill out entry and exit forms or purchase a tourist card?
Travelers to the Dominican Republic can complete the required electronic entry and exit form (E-Ticket) online before their trip. Please click the link below to visit the official portal for this process. This digital form replaces the previously used physical documents and is mandatory for all passengers entering or leaving the country.

As for the tourist card, it is typically included in the airfare of most international flights to the Dominican Republic. However, if it is not included, travelers must purchase it separately for a fee of $10 USD. The tourist card is valid for a stay of up to 30 days.

HOW DO I ARRANGE GROUND TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT? AND VICE VERSA?
Round-trip transportation options, both shared and private, will be available 60 days before travel. This service is optional, and guests may choose to arrange transportation independently, if preferred.
